4. Trainer-Client Interactions
FitApp facilitates connections between fitness trainers and clients. • Trainers are independent service providers and not employees of FitApp. • FitApp is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the training services provided. • Any disputes arising from training sessions must be resolved directly between the trainer and the client.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain aspects of the service may be provided for a fee: • All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. • Refund policies are determined by the individual trainer unless otherwise specified.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose. • Post or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others. • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service. • Use any automated means to access the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FitApp and its licensors.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FitApp, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
